Step 1: The First Contact
Starting is often the hardest part—and also the most powerful. That first step matters, and I truly value it.
We'll begin with a relaxed conversation—over the phone, on video, or face-to-face. This is your chance to share your story, your past experiences with water, your fears, and what you'd like to achieve.
From there, I’ll design a personalised program tailored specifically to you, based on everything you’ve shared. This is your journey, and your comfort and your goals guide every part of it.
